So over the weekend I learned how much water you are really supposed to drink each day! (thanks Uncle John!) Books and stuff always say 8 glasses of water… well how much is a glass and that can’t be true for all people since everyone is different size, etc.
Uncle John says the rule of thumb is 1/2 your body weight in oz. For example: If I weighed 150 lbs, I would drink 75 oz of water every day.
Just thought this would be helpful to all you out there =)
