So after Christmas I found gingerbread house kits on sale for like $2.50 each! So being the smart shopper that I am (thanks mom!), I picked up 3 and decided it would be a fun "after christmas" activity to do with friends. (who, by the way, were as excited as I was when I told them what was going to go down!)
So this past weekend... we finally got to put them all together: Matt and Rebecca set up their first "home" together... (no we didn't let them sleep there); Sara and Dave made the village christmas tree; and Mike and I made a "haiti" house (no disrespect intended)... the roof just kept sliding off!!
It was a load of fun and we even had the "fireplace" going and christmas music on to make sure we were really in the spirit of the activity!
I'm so excited to keep up with you guys! I love the gingerbread.
