Happy April Fool’s Day! I figured if I posted anything of importance today, you would be unsure as to whether it was actually true or if it was an April Fools joke. So, I will leave you instead with a new fun idea for showers, parties or just plain eating.
CAKE POPS
Basically, you bake a cake, crumble it up, add frosting, stir to combine, roll out into little balls and freeze. Once frozen, just dip them into melted chocolate and refrigerate, decorate and enjoy them on a stick! That' is it… nothing super fancy, yet lots of room for modification and interpretation!

Oh, Kerry Postema makes these, and they are to die for. I'm glad I actually know how she combines so much goodness into a tiny morsel of cake though. Now I can give it a try!
